Crikey. Andy House, president of Sony Computer Entertainment, announced at CES today that 4.2 million PlayStation 4 consoles have been sold as of December 28.
Microsoft yesterday revealed that it sold over 3 million Xbox One consoles across 13 countries in 2013.
