YouTube for Android and iOS gets video suggestion overlays for what to watch next, coming to mobile site soon

Google today announced an YouTube app update for Android and iOS that includes the addition of video suggestion overlays for what to watch next. You can download the new version now directly from Google Play and Apple’s App Store.
For YouTube creators and partners, Google refers to this feature as “InVideo Progamming” as it lets uploaders cross promote their videos and reinforce channel branding from inside all of their channel’s videos by getting viewers to play their next clip. The feature first arrived on the desktop version of YouTube in October, rolled out to the Android and iOS apps today, and will be available on the mobile site “soon.”
