Facebook updates Page Composer with multi-image uploads and post scheduling cut down from 12 to four steps
Facebook today announced two updates to its Page Composer that should make it easier for Page admins to upload multiple photos as well as schedule posts. The new photo features “will be available soon” but the new post scheduling features are available today (they started trickling out to some Pages this week).
First up, Page admins are gaining the ability to upload multiple images from their desktop as well as add multiple images via drag-and-drop. Here’s the latter functionality looks in action:
Facebook is also adding a new camera icon to the Page composer that will allow admins to upload a photo or video with just a single click:
Yet those features are still not ready for launch. Post scheduling, however, has been revamped already.

While this is clearly an improvement, one has to wonder what took so long. Post scheduling has always been a pain on the social network, and its limitations have spurred many alternatives to grow in popularity.
