Windows 10 is out and Microsoft is promoting it in Russia with this rather strange cartoon ad. In it, Windows 10 is personified by a paparazzi-plagued starlet and the new Web browser Edge is her muscular boyfriend. Meanwhile the music sounds like Fallout Boy have been moonlighting as jingle composers.
