As the dust settles at Reddit, CEO Steve Huffman has updated the community on what the company has planned. While most of his post is as you may expect it to be (community quarantines, bug fixes), Huffman did note there would soon be more tools to prevent harassment — all the way down to private messages. In the “next up” section of the update, three forthcoming features are noted: Anti-abuse and harassment (e.g. preventing PM harassment) Anti-brigading Modmail improvements A commenter suggested PM harassment be handled by asking site administrators to look at unwelcome messages. Huffman acknowledged that’s exactly what Reddit was working…
