Glassdoor, which is best known a a way to vet that new company you’ve been interviewing with, has revamped its search engine to help attach you to the perfect job. Starting a job search remains the same: you enter some keywords (like “software engineer”) and the city you’re looking for work in, and Glassdoor spits out a list of results. The difference is on that second screen. Once you see a list of jobs, you can now whittle the results down using proximity, ratings, job posting date and type (full time, part time, etc.).
