Airbnb has proclaimed what it thinks are going to be the 16 hottest neighborhoods to visit in 2016. The company crunched the numbers on 40 million stays in the past year to help determine which areas experienced the most growth. Surprisingly the Chūō-ku district in Osaka, Japan came out way way way on top with 7,000 percent growth in the past year. The ward houses Osaka castle and Amerikamura, a shopping district with a tiny version of the Statue of Liberty. In second place was Banglamphu in Bangkok which contains the Thai capital’s sprawling backpacking district and the Khaosan Road. The survey also…
