At its press event in New York, Acer today announced the Chromebook 14 for Work, a new laptop designed to withstand your clumsiness if you’re the type who drops and spills stuff on your devices frequently. The Chromebook is designed with a metal body that can handle drops from up to 48-inches high. It also has a “spill-resistant” keyboard and Corning Gorilla Glass for its 14-inch full HD screen – the kind of stuff we’ve come to expect from most durable smartphones.
