Apple is reportedly investigating a bug on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus which results in devices losing cellular service once Airplane Mode is disabled. The exact cause of the issue remains unknown, but internal documents obtained by MacRumors suggest that the company is currently working on a patch for the problem. While it develops a permanent fix, Apple is informing authorized service providers to instruct customers to reboot their iPhone if they can’t connect to a network. If the glitch continues once they’ve restarted their handset, they should turn it off, re-insert their SIM card, then switch it back on. In…
