More than a month after August 2, my media center still doesn’t have the Windows 10 anniversary update. I’m not alone, and it’s not a bug. Microsoft says the release may not roll out to everyone until November. ZDNet’s Mary Jo Foley noticed a little bit of text, hidden in the bottom of an email blast, that admits this extremely slow rollout is intentional.
