Microsoft today announced Code Builder for Minecraft: Education Edition. This new extension will teach kids how to code with the help of an assistant within the building block video game. Code Builder introduces the Agent, a tiny sidekick, who executes coding instructions given via programs like Tynker, MakeCode, or ScratchX. Students learn how to use code to get the Agent to build things, solve problems, or even dance. Students use the Agent typing “/code” into the command line.
